I know that to be true because I lived it. I started as a FASTer Way to Fat Loss client because I was desperate. I became a FASTer Way coach because it worked. And it can work for you, too.
After being healed of a mystery chronic illness (more on that here), I was still very weak and carrying extra weight I didn’t know how to unload. Perimenopausal symptoms didn’t help, either. I lost count of the number of times I cried in a fitting room, and none of my old weight loss tricks worked. If anything, I gained even more weight. I had no idea what to do.
FASTer Way changed my life! They gave me a plan that not only worked, it became a lifestyle I LOVE. I went from chronically fatigued and weak to full of energy and stronger than ever before. It didn’t happen overnight, but it did happen. I lost 25 pounds and two pants sizes, and I’ve gained more strength than I ever could have imagined. My clients, on average, lose about 10-15 pounds in the first six weeks.
